The beautiful villa, constructed in 2023 on our family property, is nestled in the charming settlement of Foinikia.
Foinikia itself is a tranquil village, and one of the remarkable aspects of Pink Freud Villas is its effortless accessibility to Oia. In this bustling village, you can savor the world-renowned sunset, indulge in excellent shopping, visit lively bars, and dine at upscale restaurants. After your adventures, you can retreat to the serenity of your "home," enjoying an evening drink beside your private pool.
The villa spans three levels and is accessible via a private entrance. The ground floor welcomes you with a porch adorned with a table and four chairs. Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious area featuring a large living room equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, two sofas, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom. From the window, you can admire the breathtaking Santorini sunset. Directly in front of the living room lies a terrace with a plunge jetted swimming pool, outdoor furniture, and commanding views of the sea and sunset.
Within this villa, there are three distinct dining areas: one indoors and two outdoors. Moving to the first floor, you'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds and signature bedding, alongside balconies that overlook the Aegean Sea and the enchanting Santorini sunset. You can rest assured that all linens, mattresses, and toiletries provided in this villa are of exceptional quality.
On the ground floor, there is an additional bedroom spacious enough to be considered a studio apartment or guest house attached to the main villa. This area features a private entrance, a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and ample space for a cot if you have a young child. It is a beautiful and practical addition to the main villa, perfect for families or guests seeking extra privacy.
