This beautiful villa, which was constructed in 2023 on our family property, is situated within the charming settlement of Foinikia and has a luxurious local ambiance. One of the notable features of this villa is its close proximity to all the amenities necessary for a truly relaxing holiday experience. Within a short distance, you will find a convenience store, restaurants offering local cuisine, and picturesque churches. Additionally, there is complimentary public parking available just a few steps away. Should you walk a little further, just a ten-minute walk from Foinikia will lead you to the stunning caldera and the vibrant village of Oia. Foinikia itself is a tranquil village, and the remarkable aspect of Pink Freud Villas is its convenient accessibility to Oia, where you can savor the world-renowned sunset, indulge in excellent shopping, visit lively bars, and dine at upscale restaurants. However, upon returning to your "home," you can relish in serenity and enjoy an evening drink beside your private pool.

This villa has two levels. Accessible via a private entrance, the ground floor greets you with a porch adorned with a table and four chairs. Stepping inside, you'll find a spacious ground floor area comprising of a large living room with a flat screen smart TV, two sofas, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom. Just in front of the living room lies a terrace featuring a plunge jetted swimming pool, outdoor furniture, and commanding views of the sea and sunset.
Within this villa, there are three distinct dining areas, one indoors and two outdoors (the porch and the front terrace). Moving on to the first floor, you'll discover the sleeping quarters, an additional bathroom, and another balcony. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms furnished with comfortable queen beds, each boasting a balcony that overlooks the Aegean Sea and the stunning Santorini sunset. Rest assured, all the linen, mattresses, and toiletries provided in this villa are of exceptional quality.
