Built in 2021 in our family land, this beautiful villa is located inside the settlement of Foinikia and has a luxurious local feeling. One of the advantages of this villa is that it is located very close to everything you might need for a truly relaxing holiday experience. A small grocery store, little restaurants with local food and beautiful churches are just few steps away. There is free public parking near by. If you walk a little further, from Foinikia, only ten minutes, you find yourself in the beautiful caldera and the cosmopolitan village Oia. Foinikia is a quiet village, and the great thing about Pink Freud Villas is that you can walk to Oia where you can experience the world‘s most famous sunset, great shopping, bars and fine dining restaurants. But when you return “home” you will enjoy peace and quiet and an evening drink at your private pool.

This villa has two floors.  In the ground floor there is a large living room with a flat screen smart tv, two couches, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a bathroom. In front of the living room there is a terrace with a plunge jetted swimming pool, outdoor furniture and great sea and sunset view.
The sleeping area and one bathroom are located in the first floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs with double beds, one room between the two bedrooms with a sofa bed, and a split level bedroom with a double high quality mattress. All linen, mattresses and toiletries are top quality. From upstairs you also have great sunset and sea view.
This villa has ac units  in each floor and great WiFi by Starlink.  Nespresso coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen.
